However, a bit of refurbishment could enhance the overall experience. The location is excellent for accessing shops and eateries, but the smoke smell from the Sports Bar can be a downside.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located with some drawbacks. The room I stayed in was a bit worn, and the lukewarm shower was not ideal. However, being right by the car park was convenient for me. The service was decent, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The hotel's location, although close to the beer garden and restaurant, was not the best due to the nearby smoke smell. I felt the dining could improve by starting service a bit earlier. The facilities were adequate but could use some upgrades.
The hotel's rooms were spotless and quiet, located to the rear of the property for a peaceful sleep. I'm looking forward to future stays when I visit family and friends in NSW. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated the pleasant housekeeping touches and welcome drink. Despite needing a slight upgrade, the location was decent, close to shops and featuring a great sauna, spa, and pool. Dining options were good, especially enjoying the fresh sushi and continental breakfast provided. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with minor room for improvement in certain areas.
